We are glad you found us.  Let us go ahead and tell you YES, we really do offer 4 weeks of classes totally free!  We have class Mon. Wed. and Friday each week in Piedmont Park.  Class times change so contact us for the upcoming schedule.  There are some basic restrictions and requirements to qualify but they are pretty straight forward so read on and when you are ready, simply fill out the form below and we will contact you to get you set up.



Here’s how it works in general.  We will hold  3 classes a week for 4 weeks that are totally FREE.  Why, you ask.  Great question and here’s the reason.  We want to provide the most comprehensive boot camp that delivers results to our clients and that takes thinking outside the box and changing thing up a bit.  We are always testing new exercise methods and class types to see what programs deliver results. Register now and reserve your spot.

When you participate in our programs we will do assessments, take measurements, pictures, and help with nutrition to document your progress at no additional charge.  A $197 value at no cost to you.  We do require you to attend class 3 days a week in order to remain in the 4 week program so if you are not committed to getting results, we ask that you pick one of our other classes to attend.  All results will be tracked and you will get in shape for FREE just for helping us improve our programs.
